Product Performance

The ram BOP of Gardener, shell and main parts are forged, and the shell ram chamber is oval on the longitudinal section of the vertical piston rod.

The ram is opened and closed by hydraulic cylinder pushing the piston rod . The side door moves in a straight line, and two hydraulic cylinders control side door.

We design an automatic sand cleaning structure on the shell.and we make automatic centering structure on ram.

There are two outlets on the side of the shell to connect the well killing and choke manifold for mud circulation, throttling and blowout, well killing, well washing and other special operations.

The cylinder body has a discharge port which can discharge the pressure when the pressure is too high to protect the device.

We design a secondary sealing device on the middle flange. In case of emergency, if there is liquid leakage at the observation port,  it can be injected with grease urgently.

Technical features:

The shut well operation is very quickly which can be finished within 3 ~ 8s.

Convenient operation and remote control

The cavity adopts long circular section, with uniform stress and strong bearing capacity

The side door assembly can realize hydraulic straight-line switch, which is convenient to replace the ram and facilitate on-site maintenance.

The side door seal adopts radial floating seal which replaces the traditional end face seal.

The ram shaft uses triple sealing.

The ram rubber core adopts self-contained sealing and has a larger rubber storage volume.

The ram BOP can have more function by adding some other devices, like shearing booster device, hydraulic locking device, etc.
