Introduction:

The 400 high-load bearing for electric submersible pump (ESP) adopts tilting pad structure with special polymer bearing liner. It features heavy load capacity, high temperature resistance and thin liquid film operation. The bearing can effectively reduce bush temperature and power loss, suit complex well conditions and high-lift requirements, and greatly improve the operation reliability and service life of ESP units.

 

Technical Characteristics and Performance Advantages

This bearing adopts a tilting pad structure. Key structural forms and parameters including directional lubrication, support configuration, pad eccentricity, pad backing material and retainer are elaborately designed and finalized after multiple rounds of performance optimization. This design effectively cuts power loss, reduces oil flow demand and lowers bearing pad temperature, and addresses many common industry issues such as axial vibration.
