Type DXQZ open hole whipstock is mainly used for no-casing well window sidetracking.It solves the shortcomings that ordinary whipstock can not set in no-casing well.and it can be used for window sidetracking in super high difficulty well and window sidetracking within casing pipe with long-time subsequent construction .Setting Mode is cementing ,its’ advantages are simple operation,high safety performance etc.
Cementing type windowing tools consist of two parts:cementing wihipstock and milling unit.
1.Cementing whipstock
Cementing whipstock use cementing setting mode.The setting is very tightened,and operation is very simple.Bottom end has two supporting pipe string with side wing ,so that don’t loosen in cement.We use special thread for simple installation in well stie..Inside uses special structure to make sure accurate shearing force.and break away smoothly.
2.Milling unit
The milling unit is the same with ordinary units.It works together with whipstock to finish windowing operation.We optimize our design in shape,cutting edge angle and alloy material etc.It can window cutting and repair window , increase speed and shorten construction period.
